This Privacy Policy describes how BetAxol AI collects, uses, and protects your personal information and the data it processes through Artificial Intelligence.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and password (in an encrypted/hashed format).
  • Billing Information: Payments are processed securely by certified intermediaries (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Technical logs, IP addresses, and metrics on which platform features are used most to continuously improve our service.

2. Data Processing by Artificial Intelligence

  • Our Platform: BetAxol AI uses third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) (such as Google Gemini). To perform opinion analysis, the explicit text (reports, URLs, or WordPress comments) you provide is sent to these providers via their enterprise APIs.
  • Processing Privacy: We commit to using enterprise-grade AI providers who do not use our clients' data and queries to train their public models. Your confidential information input into the platform will not leak into the general training set of these AIs.
  • Report Retention: We store your report history, generated debates ("Focus Group AI"), and results on our cloud servers so you can access them. You can delete this history at any time by closing your account or deleting individual reports.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to keep your session active, authenticate your access, and remember your preferences. If you integrate our analyzer into your site via the WordPress Plugin, we do not track your visitors (end users); we merely process the explicit text you send to our API.

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or the content of your reports to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We strictly share technical data with essential infrastructure providers:

  • Cloud Hosting Services (Railway for the API, Vercel for the web app).
  • Database and Authentication (Supabase).
  • Payment Processing (Stripe).
  • Language Analysis Engine (Google GenAI).

5. User Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the complete deletion of your account and stored reports. To exercise this right, please contact our technical support team.
