Welcome to BetAxol AI (hereinafter, "the Platform", "we", "our"). By accessing or using our website, tools, WordPress plugin, or extensions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service and Limits

BetAxol AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that utilizes Artificial Intelligence models for sentiment analysis and market/opinion research. We offer subscription plans with the following monthly analysis limits ("Billing Cycle"):

  • Free Plan: Up to 30 analyses per month.
  • Pro Plan: Up to 900 analyses per month. Includes "Focus Group AI" simulations.
  • Agency Plan: Up to 3,000 shared analyses among team members.

* An "analysis" is defined as a successfully processed request (operation) by our Artificial Intelligence engines.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

  • Inputting or attempting to extract sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII) of individuals without their consent.
  • Using the Platform to generate hate speech, defamation, harassment, or illegal content.
  • Attempting to bypass billing limits, sharing premium accounts across multiple agencies, or maliciously abusing the technical infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineering our algorithms or platform.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions (SaaS)

  • Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their billing cycle (monthly/annually).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial periods used.
  • API Key Responsibility: If you use our WordPress Plugin or API Key integration, it is your responsibility to keep the key secret. You are responsible for all analysis generated under your API Key.

4. Intellectual Property and AI

  • Your Data: You retain ownership of the raw data or text you input into the platform.
  • AI Outputs: We claim no copyright over the generated reports, graphs, or analysis. You are free to use them commercially. However, due to the probabilistic nature of AI, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the analysis or the opinions of the 'Focus Group AI'. All generated reports should be considered as assisting tools and not infallible verdicts.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "as is." We are not liable for any business, marketing, or investment decisions you make based on the analyses provided by our Artificial Intelligence.
